About me
I sold my wealth management business in 2021 and have continued my passion for growing and developing aligned leaders by increasing their EQ (emotional intelligence) at work.
I support caring leaders who are focused on growing their revenues and recruiting extraordinary talent. My 14 years of experience in wealth management gave me the opportunity to train and develop over 200 financial professionals. Thus, my specialties are growing a developing a high performing sales organizations.
Finally, I devote my time at Stanford Business School as a mentor to Latino business owners. I have had the privilege of mentoring over 5 years and I have served businesses that are in the start up (infancy) stage, the teenage phase (3 -5 years) and up to the mature adult (10 + years). I am passionate about partnering with aligned leaders and partnering with them to achieve theircompany’s vision.
