I believe in values based selling, which is a consultative approach that creates a safe space for clients to think through the challenges they are facing and allows salespeople to provide solutions that address their key concerns.

Tulum REal Estate
Tulum, Mexico exploded in 2020 as a safe haven for those wanting to escape stay at home restrictions throughout the world. What people found was a healing oasis with cenotes, yogis, shamans, world class music and the best restaurants by the turquoise blue beach. Tulum is continuing to develop with an airport, schools and public transportation. These are typically, leading indicators of potential long term real estate appreciation. I am passionate about offering real estate solutions to those that are open in diversifying their real estate holdings abroad.

Developing high preforming sales teams requires a high preforming culture. The first foundation is developing trust, without it there is no team. The second is creating a culture of responsibility rather than victims. Finally, learning how to coach your people in a way that allows them to reach not only their professional goals but also their personal and financial.
Financial coaching
For 14 years I worked in the financial services business as a licensed series 7 and 66 financial adviser educating clients on how to accumulate wealth and reach their financial goals. I package the fundamental principles needed to become financially independent with 1:1 financial coaching that is customized to the clients particular needs and desires. My super power is to solve complex financial problems into simple solutions.
Mentoring
My give back! I love mentoring young adults.
